My family and I have used whites for years, but our recent experience put an end to that. Whites may have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We called for service and were told they would be out by 5 the next day. After waiting for the repairman all day without showing, we called back and were told that no one had scheduled us for service and that it would be at least 10 days before they could come out.....they had to much going on. On top of everything was the way they treated us on the phone, very short and take it or leave it attitude. Do yourself a favor, skip these guys when looking for service. more

Similar experience to other reviewer. We needed a replacement part for our refrigerator, and after the initial consult and a promise of a Monday repair, Monday comes and goes with no one showing up. We call and get empty promises of calls back and and a new repair date, but nothing follows through. We are now a week out of the original repair date with no one contacting us back and a still broken appliance. Inept is the correct word. more

White's Appliance is the place to go for all your appliances. The owner is a great man who will treat you right and be honest with you. He sells all the top of the line appliances and good prices. They also sell used appliances that they have refurbished for even lower prices. He also repairs all your major appliances and will make house calls. more
