I like to think I'm handy around the house, but when my faucet started leaking, I couldn't fix it, then my garbage disposal went out, I just kept hitting the reset button but when my boiler went down I was lost. I called White Knight because they had the most reviews, so I was curious and I needed some serious help. The guys that came out were efficient, explained the problem to me, fixed the problem and were all around good guys. I asked and got 20 extra business cards to pass around at work, it is so hard to find someone trustworthy, but these guys are. They even took american express as payment! Figures, my reset button didn't work the night before, I guess I seized it up they said. My faucets were too old to fix and from Home Depot, I got a book from James on Moen and 2 days later they came and put in a new faucet for me. I went and got a garbage disposal from Lowes, James looked at at and gave me a price on a Badger that was cheaper than what I paid at Lowes, so i took it back, now I have a warranty from the plumbers and a higher hp than what I was gonna get. I highly recommend these guys, they were fast, reasonable and didn't try to sell me everything in the house. The gal in the office even answers the phone at 8:30 on a Sunday night, not a whole lot of that customer service like that anywhere anymore.
Pros: Intelligent, had master license and apprentice licenses in wallet, very impressed
Cons: They wanted to come at 8, couldn't break away from work, so they came at 2
