NO stars are deserved. I would never reccomend renting from these people. Unless you LIKE being taken for your hard earned money.

Stay FAR FAR away from Steve and his company. The worst management company ever. They are untrustworthy, they are liars and they DO NOT respond to e-mails or return phone calls. Pros: Nothing Cons: not trustworthy, liars, bad business practices more

Avoid this propery management 9/10/2008

We just moved out of the property rented by this management and our experience with them was horrible. They are very unprofessional, repairs don't get done on time and when they do get done, they don't get done properly. They are too busy to do their job properly. The owner want to let you know who is in charge. If you already live in one of their properties, make sure you document everything. If you are planning to rent one of their properties, my advise is don't do it unless you are prepared to live in a place where things don't get repaired. Also be prepared to loose your deposit for non legal reasons. more

Property Managers That Care About Their Renters 4/30/2008

I'm currently renting from Wethergage Management and I have only positive things to say about the company as well as Steve Wetherbee, the owner. Steve was always available to see properties when I was looking for a place to live. Their rental rates were very competitive too. Once I became a renter, he was very courteous in his dealings with me. Repairs have always been done in a timely manner, though I haven't needed very much. When I moved in, he replaced the screens in a few of the windows because a cat had lived there previously and had torn them. I was looking for a used refrigerator and he let me know where to go to buy one. I didn't expect this level of service from a Landlord and it was very refreshing. Postive review for Wethergage Mangement 4/29/2008

I only joined this site to comment on Wethergage Property Management. My roommate and I rented a house managed by Steve Wetherby for two years, up until just a few months ago, and it was a 100 percent positive experience. We had plumbing repairs twice at the house which were handled in a timely manner, and there were serious problems with the pool at our rental, which Wethergage kept after until the entire pool was finally completely resurfaced and the pump and other mechanical parts of the pool were replaced. Wethergage is a busy management company, but I believe that they do their utmost to take good care of the properties they manage and their tenants. Pros: Very responsive to all our needs as renters. more
