Today I went in to pick up a pair of pants...I had lost my ticket, and the oriental man behind the counter barked at me...and told me never to do that again. Then, I was going to leave another pair of pants to be cleaned, and he noted that I had cat hair on the pants, at which point he told me that I should have removed the hair before bringing in the pants to be cleaned...he was so rude! I will never go back, even though the location is convenient for me, and I have dealing there for 5 years. JoAnn McNabb more

I recently took an expensive shirt to Westwood Cleaners on Westbriar Drive. The shirt was black with sequins sewn onto the shoulders - quite a lot of sequins. After having gotten the shirt back, I unwrapped it and discovered all of the sequins missing and the designer label removed. At first I wondered if they removed them so they would be able to better use the chemicals for the dry cleaning process. However, after a phone call to the Westbriar location, with an abrupt employee who hung up on me twice, I had to call their other location. They gave me the manager's phone number. The person who I spoke with said that they would have the manager call me back. So far I have not received a phone call. As of now, I am left with an unwearable top and wish that I had never employed their services. Not only am I disappointed in their services, I am also disappointed in their business etiquette. more
