I had my Focus in for a noise in the rear end. They got me in on time and found the problem right away. The staff was friendly and checked with me before ordering the parts. I appreciate that. more

The service dept is absolutely terrible. Prices are outrageous and diagnostics are completely wrong. Save you money, your time and your sanity and don't even bother with this place. If I could rate it 0 stars that would be too good for this place. more

Service dept is about the worse in the state! We bought a Ford while living out of state about 26 yrs ago , moved back after 4 yrs and had major engine problems. We had an extended warranty (ps: we will NEVER buy again) and Weslies service dept did not get the prior authorization to do repairs...claiming they could never reach the warranty people, yet I could reach on 1-3 rings EVERY time, ended up getting lawyer involved so very ugly! Now 26+ yrs later, we take one of our company pickups in and they are trying to pull the same crap with warranty work again (this this time Ford warranty)! The service mgr is the very top of the problem and when the "leader" is worthless....then the workers are worthless! Go ANYWHERE but here!! more

Good: Sales person. Bad: Service department. What a joke from the minute I picked up my car the gas gauge did not work, sales person told me this was common in these vehicles the next time I fill gas it will work and this is true but why not fix it. Took car in because it was dying out at stop lights - had my vehicle for 2 weeks when I finally went to pick up because of frustration my vehicle was "on a test drive to Kenmare "- 60 miles away. They put over 150 miles on my vehicle in 2 weeks. Never Again!!. Improvements: Customer service! Been asking my sales person to find me a vehile for over 4 years. Keep calling him every 2-3 months "Oh Yeah, I will see what I can do". Other: Lady of whom you visit with and finalize paper work very pushy and NOT FRIENDLY! Really not good experience at this dealership.. more

2 hours 45 minutes for a patched tire 6/17/2011

I bought tires there and a wire punctured one tire made a appointment and it took the mechanic 2 hours and 45 minutes to do. He was fooling ariound in the next stall with three other workers looking at a classic lincoln. He should be fired for wasting my time and the companys time. When I got home my tire went flat. more

Sales staff is very unprofessional. It's worth the drive to Bismarck to buy from reputable sales staff. You will also get more for your trade and save money by taking a drive to another Ford dealership. more

I just bought my first brand new car and unfortunately had a few problems with the transmission, a rattle in the door, tire leak, bad weather stripping. They had it for 2 weeks and when I returned to pick it up literally nothing had been done!!! I called them in frustration and they said to bring it back. I did and asked for an oil change too and guess what? My transmission is worse than ever before slipping all over the place, tire was flat, the door still rattled. And now I have to bring it back for a 4th time. I can't believe it. It really frustrates and angers me. I take pride in taking care of what I own and when their attitude is " I don't care at all" it can really frustrate a person. Bottom line is if I had to do all over again I would drive out of this state to buy a new ford vs. go through them again. more

Service Dept could use better help 8/18/2005

This place has a nice selection of cars, but the service department stinks. You stand there forever to get your car in or to pick it up. They don't man the desk very well and don't even bother coming over your lunch because no one will be there to help you at all. They also answer the phone while people are standing there waiting, which I find irritating, since I actually drove across town to be there, and someone who picked up their phone jumps ahead in line. more
