Westlake Hearing Center is wonderful. I've been trying to convince my mother to go there, to get her hearing tested and see if she needs a new hearing aid. After months of talking, they sent a special out to everyone, so the timing was perfect. Everyone there was very patient and compassionate, and spoke slowly for my mother so she could understand everything. It made my day.
Pros: Nice ambience, plenty of parking (when it's not busy)
Cons: When Westlake Center is busy, parking is a challenge no matter what shop you to go.
