This company is the ultimate example of incompetence and bad business practices. I was in this office in July 2008 for a cleaning. While I was there I was told that I needed an additional procedure. They required me to prepay for the procedure that was to take place a week later. During this time between visits I canceled my appointment. I had to make a couple of additional phone calls to be sure a refund was requested. After 3 months I found out that someone screwed up in the paperwork causing the insurance to send the payment to me instead of to the dental office. I submitted the check from the insurance to the dental office as instructed. As of this message it has been 5 months since I requested a refund and 2 months since I turned in the insurance check. Each time I inquired about the refund I was told that it would be within 10 business days. It is 5 months later no refund. Stay away from this company they won't respond to email any no one will help you to resolve any issues!
