Westbank Flower Market

We used Westbank for several different occassions including my brothers wedding and the baptism of both of our children. I have also used them to send arrangements to friends that have had babies recently and mothers day. I have had such luck with them and have always received nothing but complements from guests and receipients of their flowers about how uniquely designed they were, how fresh the flowers were and how aromatic they were. The owner ""Keith"" hung up on me when I pointed out that the 15 year anniversary flowers my husband had sent to my work ad spent 100.00 dollars on were delivered to my office with wilted orchids and ginger that had was clearly almost done. Birds of paradise were fine but the arrangement looked tired and for sure would look bad the next day. I really just wanted them fixed up so I could take them home and my husband wouldn't be upset about the freshness of the arrangement. But Keith was sooo incredibly RUDE without provocation, that there was NO WAY we were spending money there. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a trend for him. We'll find someone else. Never delivered arrangement after several calls asking what happened. SAID it was delivered-was not. Never gave an explanation. Got abusive call from owner cussing at me. I had discussed the flowers that I wanted for my wedding with one of their florists. I was very specific about color and types of flowers. I wanted very few roses as they are not my favorite flower. One hour before my wedding, I saw the flowers. The colors were mostly right but the flowers were 90% roses! Sice roses are more expensive than the flowers I asked for, the arrangements were far smaller than I thought they would be. I will not use this florist again for special orders.
