Hello people, anybody can tell me email adress of this company??

Sniveling excuse for a company 7/21/2011

I was estimated to get a UPS freight delivery on the 13th (~1 week) of the month; it is the 21st and I am sitting on hold with UPS while they try to reach Mrs. Roberts at the WTE dock, who I guess just never goes into the office. Use this company and you can expect for them just to sit on your package and deliver whenever they want to or feel like it. Lazy, degenerate and completely unreliable. Why UPS goes with them I don't know. more

""ABUSED"" describes the condition of our freight! 5/17/2011

The one pallet they attempted to deliver looked like it had traveled through a war zone; it was ""rejected."" The other pallet was missing. But, the driver reported both as ""delivered."" Can't find a website to check on shipment tracking. As our regular shipper subed our freight out to this company, now I'll have to fight with both of them! more

beware horrible company DON'T USE THEM 1/3/2011

I am also experiencing the terrible service of West Texas Express. This time I have no control as they were subbed out through Saia which also no help. We are waiting on our shipment and have been lied to 3 times now. If I ever order anything again I will make sure if they are involved I will order from someone else. Stay away from this company. more

Worse company EVER!!!!!!!! 6/17/2010

this has to be the worse delivery company I have ever used. I also blame AAA cooper (don't use them either). The interline with this jike of a place. I am a huge (billion dollar a year company) that ships all day everyday. I have never had a probelm getting my customers their product until I used AAA and in turn this place. I called to track this said package and was told ""they won't have til next week, we only go to Alpine once a week"". Imagine that? we deliver when we feel like it. AAA cooper is the bigger idiots for using these clowns. I don't understand how companies like these two stay in business. I'm going to lose a customer over this but they don't???? how can people use places like this? i just don't get it. Pros: zero Cons: too many to list more

Run screaming in the other direction!!! 1/28/2010

West Texas Express is no express freight service. I'll probably drop dead of old age before I ever see my shipment. I've been waiting for my delivery for almost 3 weeks now. Every time they call to set up an appointment, they cancel at the last minute with some pathetic excuse about why they can't deliver my shipment. This has happened four times. Yes, FOUR TIMES!!! Let's see . . . the first time, the truck supposedly broke down. They didn't even bother to call me with this information. And I had taken the entire day off of work to wait for this delivery. The second time, they didn't have a lift gate available. What? This a shipping company and they don't even have a truck with a lift gate available? Pathetic. The second time, the truck broke down, AGAIN. Hmm . . . does that sound familiar?! Oh, and this one was the kicker. The fourth time, the driver called me to say that he was afraid to make the delivery to my area because he thought the interstate was going to be closed for inclement weather. Huh? For a little snow that didn't even stick? I checked the NM Dept. of Transportation website after getting off the phone with the driver and there were absolutely no road closures in my area. These guys are pitiful. It sounds like they're lazy as s**t and just making up excuses so they don't have to drive to my side of town. Whatever the issue is, they definitely don't have their act together. I've lost income because I've stayed home from work, waiting for a truck that never arrives. Tell all your friends to avoid using West Texas Express at all costs. They should be called ""Worst Texas Express."" They're not worth your money or your valuable time. Pros: Now I know which shipping company to avoid like the plague! Cons: Unreliable, poor communication, slower than hell more

Bad Service 4/14/2009

They were supposed to call me before they come to deliver. Well, I don't know if they did or not. I just got a voicemail, from the driver I guess, telling me they have a delivery for me, to call him back and he didn't leave a phone number. Then I get home at 5pm and I find a note at the door telling me they had tried to deliver when I was out (it sounds stupid already) and no ?time stamp? of the unexpected visit. That means they came without previously arranging for a delivery time, and I don?t know whether they called before coming or once they were here. By the way, I was expecting the delivery a day before. After seeing the note and a phone number then I call them and they say they will come next day but they don?t know the time, they would call in advance to agree on a time. When did I here that already? I tell them we already tried that approach and it didn?t work. What time does he think they will come tomorrow? That?s hard for him to tell!.....breathing deeply?..Ok, what can we do? ?Well, call us tomorrow about 8AM and we may tell you a time. All right, I will call tomorrow at 8am to see when you have a chance or feel like coming so I do arrangements at work (leave work whenever you want) to meet your casual schedule. Pros: Pros: None Cons: Cons: Bad Communication, Bad Decision, Bad Service more
