Excellent service as per usual 8/1/2014

The title may be misleading -- most automotive service & repair shops don't give consistently excellent service with the exception of one or two places in Campbell, and West Valley Auto Tech is one of them. They also squeezed me in last minute to get my tires rotated. Highly recommended! more

Great Service for my Minivan 8/1/2014

They did a great job on the planned service for my 2004 minivan. I had called and scheduled the appointment beforehand, so they had the parts and only had to keep it the amount of time they said. Ted did a great job of showing me the old parts and explaining everything they had done. Best news: the engine looks good and should be good for quite a while longer! more

Unexpected Problem 7/21/2014

I found a bolt on the floor of Prius. I asked Vic if he would take a look at it. Even though he he was shorthanded, he took my car, the problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired that day. This is a great shop. more

Another Reliable Visit 6/19/2014

As always, the work was done quickly and thouroughly. A problem was found with my tires. I was offered a choice of two different types at a fair price and a wheel alignment at wholesale cost. I highly recommend this facility. more

I purchased tires at WVAT over a year ago and needed them rotated. I called Monday, dropped off the car Tuesday morning, and the rotation was completed EARLY! Free of charge which was part of the purchased package with the new tires. Timely, efficient, and the car was great for the drive to LA and back over Memorial Day weekend.
