I'm a senior citizen that is very satisfied with the service I've received for over three years at West Sound Automotive now in Silverdale,WA My Husband used to take care of all of our vehicle needs, but now that he is gone I rely on Doug Thumma and his team of experts. They do all my maintenance, and anything else that comes up.They give me an estimate before they start the job,so I know ahead of time how much money I'll be spending.. There was a time when the price was even much less. When Shane got into the repair he realized it wasn't near as bad as he thought and the repair did not need to be done yet and still hasn't. They could have charged me the original estimate and I would not have known that he didn't do that extra work. I appreciate their honesty and the quality of their work.When I call to make an appointment they usually get my car in within a day or two.I would not go to anyone else for repairs or service. I appreciate Doug and the guys at West Sound. Doug has always been good to me and taken great care of me and my cars. On Tuesday I went into West Sound. I had never been in there but saw it from the road. It was 98 degrees outside and my AC was not working correctly. West Sound was able to fix and service my AC and get me back on the road. I called around before I went in and their prices were fair and equal to others and they had great customer services. I will go back there the next time I need repair and I have learned to service my Ac before it get to 98 degrees again. Great job!! Pros: Quick Service, Fair prices and free popcorn!! more

I have been going to West Sound Auto for over 8 year now. Every time I go into the shop the guys their are friendly and kind. They have ALWAYS been helpful and truthful for me and show me all the details and prices up front. Doug and his team are quick and very fair in price. I will continue to take my familes cars to them beacause I know they will do a great job and get me and my family back on the road and I don't have to worry about getting taken to the cleaners! I recenctly went to West Sound for a brake job. They were honest and stood behind their work. They explained to me all the details to me. I really felt like they listened to me and were honest. I will go back again for sure! Pros: Honest fair prices more

West Sound Automotive is unethical in my opinion. In my experience, they don't stand behind their work. There is no ""Warranty"" on their billing. The owner was not negotiable. I never went back after that, and I recommend you stay away from West Sound Automotive. I'm only trying to save you headaches and spending money that isn't necessary. Some bureau's gets paid plenty by companies to say they are accredited. Don't go to West Sound Automotive and expect to be a Happy Camper afterwards. I'd recommend L & R Automotive on Pearl St. in East Bremerton. Cons: Good Place To Throw Away Extra Money more

This auto repair shop is shameful. They don't listen to my auto explanation. The repairs weren't fixed. I should have searched for a better automotive shop. I'll never go back. They were happy to take my money. I should have read their reviews. Cons: Throw away money more
