Never again! 3/20/2017

Mr. Wessel did work on my house when I purchased it with an FHA loan. The work he did has recently been uncovered as I begin remodeling. He did not put electric boxes behind the light fixtures nor did he ground the electric service in the bathrooms, both are full baths. The same thing was discovered in the kitchen during a very recent remodel. Basically if you can't see it don't trust he did the work up to code. I would never recommend this company as its owner is not ethical. more

Reversed charges on an item he purchased 3/26/2011

I do not trust this man, after purchasing a 1500$ antique, collectible and 80 year old motor from my friend, he called happy with reciept of item. Over 3 weeks later he called all of a sudden the motor is cracked, he claims, and on the same hour reversed the charge on His Wifes credit card, I would be wary of this man and his business. more

Don't Fumble in the Dark 8/17/2005

If you are looking for a good electrician, I can recommend Wessel Electric Company. It is essentially a one man team plus assistant. He upgraded our electric box and in addition performed a number of improvements. What I liked was his honesty. I was going to opt for a bigger upgrade and he suggested I would never have any need of it. So he could have taken more money from me but instead he talked me out of an unnecessary expense. When an inspector came out later to check the work, the inspector noted that he had done an extra careful neat job tying up the cables. The inspector was a neutral party and yet he remarked on what a good job it was. He was also the cheapest of the bids I received for the job. more
