Wendy's

I have not had a positive customer service experience in a fast food restaurant since the 70’s! Of course I’m a little biased for it was 1976 when I had my first job in high school as an assistant manager at a Burger King! Do the math! I have avoided this Wendy’s in Montrose for years, because of bad experience with service, food and cleanliness! I stopped in for convenience after my dentist appointment was only 10 minutes and I actually had time to grab lunch. I cannot even tell you how COMFORTABLE and WELCOMED I felt during lunch today. EVERY Person working made a point to say hello or Thank You. And it was not just me. The entire staff was genuinely pleasant to both themselves and customers. I even noticed the gentleman at the grill making special acknowledgements to repeat customers and the “THANK YOU for stopping in” from the manager returning from an errand as I was leaving the parking lot, was the icing o the cake. Whoever owns or manages this Wendy’s has a future in this business. It takes talent to put together a team of authentically genuine, customer service oriented staff. Greasy, poor service, and smelly. I don't know about you but I wouldn't eat anything from this place and I still haven't talked about the food yet. Oh and be careful I see a lot of seedy characters around this place. I rated this as a place you could seat at quickly because there was no one there. more

Wendy's is great. from burgers to chicken sandwiches...they've got it all. I have to say my fave is their spicy chicken sandwich...all white meat chicken too, no other stuff with it!! Pros: sandwiches are great, Good porportions, real stuff Cons: unorganized, CROWDED!!!!!!!!!!! more

Their fries are wonderful! I don't like sticks for fries like McD's, these actually are french fries. I have a hard time going there and not getting them. Pros: tasty, inexpensive Cons: crowded, slow at times more

Wendy' s has great fries that are big and don't taste like grease. Pros: inexpensive, great chicken sands., great shakes more
