I have not had a positive customer service experience in a fast food restaurant since the 70’s! Of course I’m a little biased for it was 1976 when I had my first job in high school as an assistant manager at a Burger King! Do the math! I have avoided this Wendy’s in Montrose for years, because of bad experience with service, food and cleanliness! I stopped in for convenience after my dentist appointment was only 10 minutes and I actually had time to grab lunch. I cannot even tell you how COMFORTABLE and WELCOMED I felt during lunch today. EVERY Person working made a point to say hello or Thank You. And it was not just me. The entire staff was genuinely pleasant to both themselves and customers. I even noticed the gentleman at the grill making special acknowledgements to repeat customers and the “THANK YOU for stopping in” from the manager returning from an errand as I was leaving the parking lot, was the icing o the cake. Whoever owns or manages this Wendy’s has a future in this business. It takes talent to put together a team of authentically genuine, customer service oriented staff. Keep up the AWESOME work ya’ll are DOING for our Community! I will be back.
