Don't go on a Friday night! First off, I don't know if the lady(Sylvia) taking orders/money at the first window couldn't understand English very well, or just didn't want to be at work. She messed up my order. After the third correction, I decided to ask for a refund in which I was very SERIOUSLY denied! So much for ""Customer Satisfaction!"" I was not satisfied and was told the only thing they could do for me was remake my order because they were not allowed to refund customer money. If you're having problems with service, are you going to honestly trust eating a remade burger? Not me! Lydia, the supervisor on duty called Jonathan, the store GM and he said ""No"". I was told once again that my only options were to let them do my order right or go back tomorrow to talk to the GM, the same man who over the phone said ""NO"". For real, how can a fast food place really not give refunds?? I'm in awe...
Pros: Quick service.
Cons: Quick to say NO REFUND!
