We did business with Wells Fargo for several years. They alway made me feel like a fool. If an address change did not go through it was my fault even if I mailed it in more that once.
If we needed a problem resolved we were told we did not do follow procedures to there required methods.
Even a stop payment on a check went through and they did not take responsibility. They cashed a check for more that the amount it was written for and we were told to call the payeee and get the matter fixed.
I could go on but I am so over them. if I could give negative stars I would.
