Shane did a super job 3/25/2014

I was looking to upgrade the sound system on my boat. Shane did a super job. He listened to my request, matched a sound system up that did the trick and worked with my budget. Shane did what he said he would do when he said he would do it from getting back with a quote, pre-installation thru post installation. Shane spent the time with me reviewing operations, showed me how to tune the unit once on the water and in the working environment and also gave me his mobile number in case I ran into any snags. I would recommend Shane and WeeBee to anyone looking for old fashion service with integrity. Simply the best place to purchase audio gear. 3/24/2014

I just spent 2000.00 on audio gear for my pickup and I am so glad that Dan was my salesperson. I simply could not be happier with the professionalism, courtesy and patience that he has provided to me. Throughout the process of me selecting the gear, I had many questions for Dan and not once did he display any impatience with me. He was very candid when appropriate and did not attempt to oversell me on any product. My goal was to get the best equipment without paying more when something else sounded just as good as was just as capable. Dan is very knowledgeable of the product line and has provided me with a perfect fit. Although the gear is not installed as of this writing, based on the sound room listening booth at your facility I am confident I will be just as happy with the gears actual performance. If you have a way for me to write a follow up review after I install the gear I would be happy to amend this review. Thank you for your exceptional service. Well pleased with my new speakers 3/10/2014

Superb 3/6/2014

I am not sure how I never heard of these guys, but I am glad that I came across them. Better late than never. I was in the market for an AVR and came across their ad. Called in and talked to Tom R. He helped me out with my questions and placed an order for me for a Pioneer Elite unit. I looked around all over the place before contacting WeeBeeAV and I can tell you that there price was the best. Even cheaper than Amazon. I will be shopping with these folks again in the future and will definitely recommend them to any of my friend and family members. Nice job but some reservations 3/3/2014

Tho sales guy Shawn was great, not sure what happened at the install. My door locks worked fine when I took it in and I was told they didn't when I went to pick up my car. They gave me a small piece that they say was broken off in the door. So now I have a brand new stereo and an iffy door locking system. Shawn worked with me on the price and we had a small issue at the checkout where I was charged more than originally agreed upon. Shawn again came through but I'm left with not a great feeling about some of the experience. RESPONSE FROM WeeBee Audio Video: Mindy, thank you for the information. Not that I am very happy about it. But no one is perfect so it appears we have room for improvement. Shane explained the invoicing issue which was he needed to apply discounts that were offered. He also said the locks never worked inside but you didn't know that because you always used them by remote. So after you confirm the lock issue with the company you bought the car with that we didn't do anything wrong we would like to follow up. But as for the stereo work we did I hope you are happy with the product and work we did and how it sounds. No question I'm not begging for a better review because you wrote how you feel. I just am hoping we are not being scored based on something we had nothing to with. Remote Start Purchase and Install 3/3/2014

I got a deal via Groupon for a remote start. I set up an appointment and showed up. When I got there, they were waiting for me and called me by name. I payed a little extra for an upgrade to my remote start, it wasn't necessary but I knew I wanted an upgrade ahead of time. The time estimate was right on and I waited in their home theatre style "waiting room" which was pretty awesome, definitely the best waiting room I've been in. Excellent service 2/25/2014

We were very pleased with the detailed information we got from Scott about the Sony tv and upgrade to our surround sound system. We appreciated his visit to our home to help us pick out the correct sized tv. Joe and Rory did an excellent job putting in the system. It was this kind of service that had us coming back when we need to upgrade our old system. All seemed to go the extra "mile" to be sure we were happy. Professional & Knowledgeable 2/19/2014

After moving into our new home, Tom installed our TV with Universal Remote, Amp and Subwoofer in the basement to work with the existing surround-sound set-up. He also installed the Sonos System into the existing hardwiring in our kitchen/family room/desk. We LOVE Sonos! Then, we just updated our Comcast Cable Box to X1... Compustar Remote Start 2/19/2014

I needed a remote start for my Toyota and when I stopped in to WeeBee for some advice, the guys were very helpful. Service was top notch and very friendly. I have always expected this from them but rarely shop there due to price. Their stuff is good, but usually a little out of my range. This time however, they were right on par with other offerings but with their expertise and the warranty they offered with this product. I had little trouble making my decision. We take great pride in having very competitive pricing so what may appear as we cost more is just because we offer service that most stores don't but we don't charge more because of that as you saw. amazing work and friendly staff 2/17/2014

I just got my car trunk customized not that long ago and im just amazed with the whole setup. it sounds great and looks perfect I like to say thank you to everybody at weebee for giving my car audio awhole new meaning. Dan Wheary = Awesome! 1/31/2014

I came down to WeeBee Audio and Video to get my subwoofer looked at because it had stopped working. Dan Wheary was my associate and he was great! He checked everything out to see if he could find the problem, which he did. He explained everything to me and even was able to install a new subwoofer right away! He was such a huge help and I would recommend him to anybody that needed help. He was very knowledgable about the problem and was able to solve the issue quickly. Awesome service 1/25/2014

I came in to the store looking for a radio for my teenage son and we were greeted by Shane. Shane was very knowledgeable in all aspects of car stereo systems. He was very nice and provided us great customer service. He really earned our trust and by the time we left we had a full stereo systems for my son’s car. My son and I spent all weekend installing all the components and Shane helped us through every step of the way and also helped us tuned the system. We’re very grateful Shane. Thank you!
