I delivered a night stand to Webster Furniture Finishers to have the top refinished prior to Memorial Day (5/12 or 5/13) and was told it would be finished the following week 5/22. Here we are June 10th and three unanswered phone calls later (1 per week) and they finally answer the phone and inform me the work has not been started and perhaps I should just pick it up. First of all - a company principle that does not return a customers repeated calls is UNPROFESSIONAL. I understand people getting busy and perhaps having to side line a smaller job - it happens. Not informing the customer is UNPROFESSIONAL. At the very least this gives the customer an option other than being ignored - UNPROFESSIONAL. So therefore my recommendation on this company would be to AVOID THEM. Also to add insult to injury - the night stand I delivered, the top was already stripped and sanded - it required one final sanding and lacquer. Go elsewhere I say, go elsewhere.
