First Choice! 10/12/2011

Came in for an oil change, the service manage quickly identified that there were three outstanding 'soft'? Recalls on my sonata. I was asked if I had time for them to be completed at the same time of the oil change, or would I like to schedule in the future. The service manager did a fairly good job at estimating the amount of time needed for all the work. Webb Hyundai, is a very clean and polite dealership. Highly recommended. more

The service department at Webb Hyundai in Highland, IN has an exceptional staff. Advisor named Kim was very professional, thorough, and pleasant. She seems to make customers feel pleased that they came to Webb for service. I was totally satisfied and feel I couldn't have gotten better service. I truly appreciate the kind of service I receive each time I bring my cars in for service. more

Daisey was my Salesperson and she was wonderful. I was very comfortable with speaking with Daisey she promptly returned all my calls and answered all of my questions. I wanted a lady because I feel men can be a little over powering and when I called your dealership she took the call. I asked her to keep an eye out for a small car or truck to use in the winter and I have no doubt she will be calling me in the next couple of months. You made an excellent choice in choosing Daisey, she is truly an asset to your company. I'm not sure if there are many female dealership owners but if not Daisey would surely make an excellent Owner. I will be sure to mention her to any one I know that's in the market for a new/used car. more

We dealt with Terry at Webb Hyundai. Terry was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I purchased and very enthusiastic about Hyundai in general. He is a very experienced salesperson. He made the sale without me even having an oppurtunity to try and haggle with the price. I would typically "negotiate" the price and never pay the full sticker price, but he had the conversation going in such a way that he talked me right through my window of opportunity . Which says a lot about him as a member of your sales team. He's good, really good. I normally can talk my way into a "deal", but Terry kept the ball rolling and my window of opportunity opened and closed without me even realizing it. Whcih is great for your Webb Hyundai. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase and the way in which the transaction was completed. more

First , we love our Santa Fe. We had an excellent experience at Webb Hyundai. Brian's Customer Service was second to none. We purchase a car once every ten years. Brian made it a good experience. What I really appreciated was his knowledge of the car. Brian new his stuff. This gave us a lot of confidence that we were purchasing the right car. The follow up seems just as genuine. I have know the Webb family for a long time traveling all the way from Gurnee to do business with them because they had the largest selection of vehicles and the best prices. My salesman, Jim was very knowledgeable about the products, and kept the whole experience of buy a new car pleasant and always taking the time to go over all features that he knew were new to me or questions I might have. The follow up, availability, and assistance they provided should be recognized as it certainly was by me, which in turn has lead me to refer family and friends to this dealership from my positive experience. more

He listened, made great suggestions based on what I had wanted and was personable and professional. I drove away in a Hyundai Accent and I love it. I would recommend Webb to anyone.
