We found a property that we really wanted to take a look at in a Bay City real estate booklet. The realtor we reached was very helpful and offered to show us the property even though we weren't in a position to buy it just then. Their website had a lot of pictures that helped us make sure we weren't wasting our time. We haven't been through the purchasing phase with Waters Edge Realty, but they are very friendly and eager to help.
