We went to WaterCourse for one of our monthly DinnerGrrls meetings and had a great time. Though the restaurant doesn't really take reservations, I had called ahead, and they were setting up the table for our group when I got there. Though the waitstaff kept pretty busy, they did a pretty good job. The food was great! I had the macro plate, and was thoroughly impressed. Everything seemed really fresh and filling. Raves came from other members for pasta, polenta encrusted tempeh, which actually tasted a lot like meat, and the jerk tofu. Even the chocolate almond cake and an orange cake were satisfying but not desserts to leave one feeling weighted down at the end of dinner. The hibiscus iced tea is beyond words, too!
Pros: fresh food, fair price
Cons: busy waitstaff
