However I've come to seriously dislike the company itself. \r

There's always issues. Last time we ordered from the down town store they were over an hour late and when we called they were very rude about the whole thing. Today when I ordered through their online system, which I have before, they called me back refusing to honor the order and stating they would only deliver it for an extra charge of $8.00. They stated the online system was ""screwed up"" and the prices were wrong. By rights, if that's the price they list, they should honor it. However I told them to cancel it, and asked when I could expect the money I had already paid to be credited back to my card. They told me they had no idea and call the vendor, ""Chow Now."" I did this, and had to leave a message on a voice mail. \r

The charge to my card was already $2.00 more than the web site said it would be. So rather than the $15 the site quoted, the price given when they called me was $25.00.\r

I called and complained to the main ""33rd South"" store. I was told by the manager that the owner and the General Manager would be in today and would call me. Seven hours later, not a peep from anyone.\r

So totally sick of this crap and the total lack of any sense of customer service with the company. The pizza itself is wonderful, but if the company is loosing customers it seriously because of the service and other issues. I'm seriously done. After having ordered from them all the way back to 1997, I won't be ordering again.
