I love the pizza. \r \r However I've come to seriously dislike the company itself. \r \r There's always issues. Last time we ordered from the down town store they were over an hour late and when we called they were very rude about the whole thing. Today when I ordered through their online system, which I have before, they called me back refusing to honor the order and stating they would only deliver it for an extra charge of $8.00. They stated the online system was ""screwed up"" and the prices were wrong. By rights, if that's the price they list, they should honor it. However I told them to cancel it, and asked when I could expect the money I had already paid to be credited back to my card. They told me they had no idea and call the vendor, ""Chow Now."" I did this, and had to leave a message on a voice mail. \r \r The charge to my card was already $2.00 more than the web site said it would be. So rather than the $15 the site quoted, the price given when they called me was $25.00.\r \r I called and complained to the main ""33rd South"" store. I was told by the manager that the owner and the General Manager would be in today and would call me. Seven hours later, not a peep from anyone.\r \r So totally sick of this crap and the total lack of any sense of customer service with the company. The pizza itself is wonderful, but if the company is loosing customers it seriously because of the service and other issues. I'm seriously done. After having ordered from them all the way back to 1997, I won't be ordering again. more

I used to always order pizza delivery from Wasatch years ago. Then the pizza started to show up extra soggy or extra dry and I basically switched to another company. Just today I decided to give them another try as I had a $3 off coupon. Big mistake. The pizza's chicken tasted old. And while their website or promotional coupons don't advertise free delivery, they also don't advertise that there is a delivery charge. Considering how many pizza companies will deliver good pizza for free, being charged even a nominal delivery fee for substandard pizza is annoying. Bye bye. more

I ordered a pizza which took forever to come, then when it came it had all the wrong toppings. When I called to speak to a manager, and hopefully be credited for the wrong pizza, they put up an argument. This place is unsympathetic to its loyal customers. Sauce isn't my favorite here but the cheese, jalapenos, meats, and other veggies were all AMAZING. Delivery typically only takes 30-45 minutes which is faster than any chain here. Prices are competitive too (relatively speaking). Pros: Great meat and vegetables, fast delivery, good prices Cons: none really. more

I love all the veggie toppings and their crust is really good. The Draper store is fast a courteous and really good about doing special orders. Pros: yummy more

I am from out of state and have never tasted a fresher full topping pizza anywhere! Extremely origional and haven't had better. Pros: Toppings! Cheese! Sauce! Cons: Very busy more

Its really good pizza, but it takes for ever for them to deliver it. The first time we ordered from them (draper) it took them two hours to get to us (the pizza was cold). Then today (about two months from the frist time) we ordered from them it took them 55 minutes. The only reason we ordered from them again was becasue I really like the chicken cordonblue pizza. Wastach Pizza is the best pizza in Salt Lake. Delivery times are 30 minutes or less even on weekends (more than I can say for the big guys). My favorite is the Pfiferrhorn, pesto, feta, spinach, mushrooms, sausage, pine nuts and rosemary. Pros: Flavor, Crust, Delivery Times more

The only reason I'm writing this is because I ordered a Pizza and it was delivered cold and with the wrong toppings! The driver was a jerk and when I called the store to complain they were unsympathetic. I will not order their pizza again! There are too many better pizza places to order from with better service! I like the texture of the crust on this pizza--it's sort of puffy, soft, chewy and flavorful. And the sauce is tasty, too. But probably my favorite thing about Wasatch is that it's about the only place in town that really accommodates my request for light cheese. The Mount Wolverine and the BBQ Chicken pizzas are easily the highlight at this take-out joint. The dough is always fresh, cooked to perfection and just thinking about it now makes my mouth froth with succulent saliva. I dream about that heavenly aroma upon first opening the box---Mmmmmm! The marinara sauce is rich, robust... perfect for taking home on a Friday night and watching a DVD flick. Be forewarned about delivery on weekends though--Wasatch gets pretty busy and you can expect to wait 45 minutes or more. Pros: great pizza Cons: no hot delivery girls more
