Highly NOT recommended! Sold me the wrong hitch. The correct hitch would have pushed the ball out a few inches so custom parts were not required. We are going through the BBB to resolve this issue. Please do not use these guys for your own peace of mind. They do not stand behind what they sell and when it is wrong they they don't reply at all. I have been told the owner will get in touch with me and he doesn't call. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! more

Called twice to get price on getting a hitch put on my Jeep Liberty. Both quotes exactly the same @ $129 plus $29 labor. Got there and was told that didn't include wiring or the ball. So $370 later and 2 hrs the car was done. I go to get in and there is no ball or the security lock on the car or in the car, plus they didn't cover up any of the wiring on the back. Go back in, let them know, they argue amongst themselves for a while, take the car back in. Another 1/2 I finally get the car back. Go back in today to return the ball becuase it wasn't the right one and the guy gives me a hard time about a pin that never came with it! I had the hand written receipt with me that HE wrote himself 2 weeks ago and he acts like I'm trying to pull something over on him. I will never go there again or recommend them! Not upfront on cost and very unprofessional! more
