I had been happy with these cleaners until I brought a very nice, soft new leather jacket that had a couple spots on it. I specifically asked the woman if it could be cleaned safely and she said yes. I had to leave a deposit because it would be sent out and was going to cost a lot. When I picked it up, it was absolutley ruined- what was once and amazingly soft, light colored garment now was shiny, dark colored, as if it had been rubbed with boot polish. When I protested that it had been ruined, she said ""let me keep this so the manager can look at it and give you a call."" Weeks passed, no call from the manager. When I got in touch with the lady again, she said ""yeah the manager called you"" (a lie), then she said the manager said it was messed up ""because of the leather"" and that I should return it to the place where I bought it. Ridiculous. I am considering litigation because of the cavalier treatment that seems to all to common with today's dry cleaners- if you ruin something yo ushould at least say your sorry and try to make it better.
Pros: Regular cleaning service okay
Cons: Very bad customer service- won't take responsibility fro ruined items
