took car in to fix air conditioner. over $1000 dollars paid then the ac stopped working after 5 days. wanted to charge another $1000 to replace another part that normally is don...

I have never been so impressed with a facility in my life! Walt's Auto Service repaired my husband's car in an economical and timely fashion. The customer service was out of this world!!! The office staff was very knowledgeable and each one of them had a smile on their face. They knew that I was not willing to offer them an arm or a leg for my repairs so they focused on doing only what needed to be done and charged a very fair price for the quality of work we received. I have sent many friends to Walt's Auto Service and each one of them has been very impressed with the level of customer service and honesty that they have received. Thank you, Walt's Auto, for providing me with peace of mind on the road and in my checkbook :-) more

bad work 10/21/2010

took car in to fix air conditioner. over $1000 dollars paid then the ac stopped working after 5 days. wanted to charge another $1000 to replace another part that normally is done . they did extra work, required an extra visit, and charged more and what was needed to fix the car. very poor performace will NOT go there again more

tried to rip me off 10/21/2010

took my car in to be smogged. they said they were unable to test it and required over $100 to do diagnostics. pushed a $500 dollar govt assistance program on me to do even more work on the car. Took my car across the street and it passed the smog test no problem. I really feel this place tried to rip me off and would have if i didn't get a second opion. more

Car Problems- Come Here 7/17/2005

Take your car here if you're having car problems. They are professional. Their pricing is reasonable. And everytime I have had something wrong with my car, they've given me the cheapest prices around and I have never had any problems with them or their shop. I highly recommend this auto repair shop. more
