When my brakes suddenly stopped catching I was afraid to drive and my usual mechanic is several miles away from home. In order to avoid towing my car there, I called Walt's which is right on 15th in Ballard. They got me in that morning and had an estimate for me by 11am. I called my usual mechanic to get a second estimate and it came in about the same price so I went ahead and had Walt's do the work. They were done on time and even gave me a discount on my front brakes and threw in an oil change. They are very nice people and they spend as much time as you need in order to understand what's going on.
