This Farmers Market is held every Sunday from 9 AM - 1 PM in the parking lot of the Walnut Creek Public Library. There is great local produce and when the summer months approach the quality and taste of what you can get here is truly the best. We love getting fresh strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries, as well as peaches, nectarines, and pluots. Occasionally we also get beans, beets, and other fresh produce. Yes, you can get fruit at certain supermarkets on sale for cheaper, but as far as quality, this place is the place to come if you want fresh. Along with the fruit and produce stands there are bakeries and coffee. There is even a grill if you get hungry and want lunch.
