been coming to WC Ford for service since 1993. Very professional.

Worst

On Sept 18th, I need a spare set of Keys, MAXINE TAYLOR quotes me $60, TWO HOURS later, I get my car back and the invoice #639491 for $320.20 !!!

Walnut Creek Ford has always been tops at making customers happy. In what is not always a happy circumstance, they make the best of the bad situations and do whatever it takes to make our experience pleasant and convenient. Saturday service hours are great and the staff always friendly and courteous. Plus, who can resist Starbucks coffee and popcorn? more

I've heard of WC Ford several times in the past due to my association with a local Mustang Club. It was always very positive. Recently I was in the market for a new car and I wanted a 'Plug-In' hybrid and the Ford C-Max was my choice based on research. So I visited several Ford dealerships in the area and found WC Ford to have both the best deal and the nicest people. I worked with Jaimie to purchase my vehicle and he was very patient. I spent 6 mths saving and asking questions with no pressure not even a phone all to have me come in and purchase. When I finally had enough saved I of course came back to him to buy. I'm an owner and Ford has been great in supporting me as well as the service dept at WC Ford. I couldn't be happier with my car, Ford, and WC Ford. more
