I do not think I have ever had worse customer service at a Deli in my whole life. They are surly, slow to respond, literally walk away in mid service, do not have orders ready (even when called in the day before), do not ask how you want your meat ot cheese sliced, and add their mistakes to your order! I talked to a customer service person who told me that they had received other complaints about them, but nothing had happened. I understand that having a job is important, but please put them somewhere else if they cannot do the work there. I am going back to driving to the Lebanon one rather than deal with the Hermitage one.

Cons: Deli service lousy, Not as much choice, organized differently
