I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated like i do every 3-6month. Since i could remember Wal-Mart has the best services....but not recently. In January i went to whitehorse rd location where i was given incorrect information about my tires and then told that if i didnt replace them immediently i could be put into a dangerous situation. However, they could not nor were they willing to give me ferther details or assistance. Then i went to the one on woodruff road...they not only rechecked my car but change my tires without a single problem... letting me know that nothing was wrong and promising that they would stand behind their work100%!
Once everything was said and done...whitehorse road automotive department did nothing to but create false problems and do absolutely nothing to help!!! I suggest going to any other walmart...just never whitehorse.rd!!!
