Walmart

I purchased a Tracfone from Walmart. I screwed it up real bad that it stop working. Because of my poor hearing I asked Fracisca at the phone service desk to call customer service for me to fix my phone. She politely, and pleasantly made the call for me and my phone was fixed in a jiffy. \r Thank you, Francisca. more

I went to this walmart in search for party supplies and their staff was so unhelpful with helping me find the character I was looking for or to tell me when they would get more in. They looked at me crazy when I asked for their help, and this is after approching two staff members one after another for answers. The workers there know nothing about quality customer service, I bet they could care less about taking care of their store, or how they look on reviews. Never in my life have I been to such a poorly ran walmart. What happen to can I help you find something, that line even stops theft, I mean come on! more

1 day i went to walmart as i ussualy do go pick up some stuff then this lady looking for something on that aisle where im also goin and her wagon is on the way so i didnt say ""excuse me"" bcoz i saw her saw me coming then she ask me (am i on your way?) but her eyes looking at me and her tone is mad. so i said calmly "" yes"" so she let me pass but still staring at me mad so i went on pick what i need then i came back on her way and she is still there so she is still staring at me kinda mad, so i cant take it anymore i said"" what is ur name/"" and she reply "" vendor"" and said "" what is your problem?"" then she repeat what i said then she told me that "" you could just say excuse me but your not"" so i said "" i didnt bcoz i saw u saw me coming"" then shes pist. and i said ok thats it im goin to the manager, and shes like ""go ahead!"" so i said ok , i dont know what is ur problem"" and shs like "" why dont you tell me that outside"" so i said ""why dont you pick your own size"" so i went and find the security then i told him what happened then i ask the manager so he called the lady she a filipina wearing a light blue or is it purple? long sleeve they listen to both of us while the other lady saying that she saw everything happened but i know she wasnt there when it started and ofcourse that lady also work there in walmart,then those 2 lady that they said 1 of them is manager but i doubt it bcoz i think the manager here is a man, so i ask them is there anything they can do bout it and they said ""no"" they said she dont work there but she deliver there coz shes a vendor but at that time the lady i have argue with is wearing a walmart t-shirt uniform with her walmart name tag.............
