Good Service 11/8/2018

Shawn rebuilt the faucets, valves,etc in the tub/showers of our older home. He was professional and personable, keeping us informed along the way with the repairs and costs. We are very pleased with the results. more

Plumbing Service for Disposal 8/21/2018

Daren, Ron, and Jose Installed my new A/C unit. They did an excellent job. Cleaned up and were very polite and answered all my questions.It is nice to see a young man like Jose work so hard and do such a fine job. All three are an great workers. Your office staff were great. more

My AC went out on the fourth of July and Andy was ready to come to my rescue but I didn't want to pay for overtime.He set me up for an appointment the next day even though they had a full schedule.Andy is an expert with years of experience and identified the issue right away.Andy fixed the problem very fast and the price was much less than I thought it would cost.Wallners is a trustworthy business. more

HVAC Service Call 6/6/2018

Within 3 hrs of my call to Wallner Plumbing for service on the AC portion of my exterior HVAC system, Daren rolled up and started his diagnosis of the problem. The AC unit was no longer keeping up with rising summer time outdoor temps. He explained the process fully and quickly found the problem, which was resolved in less than an hour. Meanwhile, he gave me some really good homeowner's advice for routine maintenance that I can do as well. Before lunch the same day, my AC was working normally again and all for a very reasonable billing. Daren was very friendly and answered all of my questions about the unit, which I knew little to nothing about before hand. Excellent service all the way round.....and if a future problem develops (the unit is about 10 years old already) I will not hesitate to ask for him to check it out and help us resolve any issues with this unit. A very good service!! more

Good to have peace of mind 4/23/2018

Our air conditioner is 4 years old and I wasn't familiar with the brand. Daren checked the system out and explained what I should and shouldn't do to maintain it. It was worth the money to have an assurance that the system was in good condition. more

Justin Allen from Wallner's came to my house to check on a possible leak. Justin was very conscientious. He checked all areas including the water meter. While here he also helped with some other questions that I had. He is extremely good at explaining items in layman terms and went above and beyond what was asked, I will continue to ask for him whenever I have a plumbing problem. I will give him very high marks. more

Giant root 1/11/2018

I had a giant root that had grown under my slab foundation and crushed my sewer pipe. Bob came out asap and assessed my problem. He had to tunnel under my house cut out the root and replace the pipe. He had this done in two days and didn't let the rain stop him. Bob was very professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that he took the time to show me and explain what needed to be done. Bob was also very conscientious of the cost and kept me up to speed as he found more and more damage. Thank you Bob. I will definitely be recommending Bob and Wallner Plumbing to any one in need of great plumbing services. more

They showed up early. Got right to work and had our drainage issues fixed in less than a half hour. Did not try to upsell other services and did a better job than the last plumber I had on the property. Will use them again. more

Great Service 9/25/2015

They were on time and used the time very efficiently. The office staff was very polite over the phone and they were able to dispatch someone immediately. Daren, the serviceman, was professional and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and provided me with the information needed to prevent another event. I'll just call them next time instead of trying to do it myself. Wallner saved me from thousands of dollars worth of water damage had I not called them. It was worth the small investment to have it done the right way! more
