I've dealt with Waller Buick twice in the last 3 years, both times I was disappointed. First I attempted to locate a part, was told I would be called in 3 days, 3 weeks later I ordered a part from a dealer in Huntsville, AL. They did; however, seem to be able to add me to their service mailing list.
Second time was for touch up paint, the parts personnel didn't know if it included clear-coat or if further steps would be required. The woman staffing the service area seemed far more interested in her personal conversation on the phone than she did in my request for a diagram, which I know they have because the Huntsville dealership has provided me in the past, for the part of my car I am repairing. In short, unless you absolutely NEED to deal with Waller, dont, drive to Huntsville or buy online.
