SUMMARY: Walker Refigeration made multiple expensive visits, without ever finding the root cause of my problem.
Problem started when air conditioner was not cooling properly. It was found that the freon was low.
The first visit was a freon fill up, with absolutely no effort made to find the leak. No dyes were added, and no electronic sniffer was used.
Three days later, freon was almost empty again. Tehcnican came out a second time and filled it up. He noticed that some valves were loose, so he tightened them. He stopped his leak check and concluded that the loose valves were the cause.
5 days later, the freon was low AGAIN. The technician came out again, and noticed that a different valve was loose (loosened by the previous tech?). He tightened it, and filled up the freon. He stopped his leak check. He concluded that the problem was fixed.
