I had the misfortune of a failed water lily three months after the purchase date. I called the owner (Chris) and explained my concern. I did not have the receipt handy, nor could I readily identify weather the failure could have been some error on my part. Chris did not hesitate to offer a replacement and NEXT day service. We continued to chat about many pond / water garden issues and passed nearly 45 minutes of great, informative conversation from a kind, knowledgeable business owner.
