My husband & I purchased a washer & dryer from Walkers; we paid for the delivery & installation. Their installer did not remove a pole from the washer when it was installed, which caused the washer to be SO loud & move around so much it would unplug itself. We called twice to have someone come look at it, with no return call. We had to go down there & spoke with a supervisor & were told someone would be out the next day, I waited to take my lunch so I could be there to let them in, we got a no call no show, even after we called at 3pm & 5pm and we're told someone was still coming. When they realized it was their fault, we were not offered a refund of the delivery/installation, or any warranties for the washer since they cannot guarantee that it will be okay. The washer also scratched the dryer & we wanted the dryer discounted, due to it being only a few weeks old & it was now scratched due to the carelessness of their installer. We called numerous times & would wait a week or more & still not have our call returned (even after we had been told by more then one person they would call us back). One employee told us he'd call the next day, did not, & when we called back a week later, his excuse was he went on vacation. Their first offer was $30 refund, nothing more, we told them that was unacceptable, again we waited to hear from somebody, after another no call, we told them we wanted to return it & they said we couldn't because they we?re now used machines. FINALLY after going back & forth with another employee, the supervisor spoke with my husband & said he'd replace the washer & dryer. It took over a month to get the entire situation settled over something that was their fault to begin with.

Cons: HORRIBLE Customer Service, some of the worst I have ever had
