Wags To Riches Pet Grooming

Love this place, have taken my dogs here for years. The whole staff is wonderful and a great job is done ever time. more

just picked up show dog for our first visit here. As a show dog, the grooming is specific and he looks amazing. Trimmed his feet just as requested and he could go to a show tomorrow. \r \r I would never want a stranger walking my dog and he does not need a bathroom break for a couple of hours. We will be visiting again with more show dogs! more

After reading the reviews on Wags to Riches I decided to give it a try today....I was so disappointed\r with their service. Not only did I find them very expensive, but they were not the "friendly staff" I had heard\r about. When I picked up my dog he had been crying because he had not been taken for a walk as I was\r told they would do. He was there for 4 hours! Not the best place to take your dog. Anyone have any suggestions? more

We have been bringing our pets to Wags to Riches for over 10 years, and I would never go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the shop is always clean. My dogs get out of the car and run to the door to get in! I know they take the dogs out to go potty because I've seen them on many occasions. They always take the time to make sure your pet is happy and groomed well. more

I took my dog there to be bathed and it took so much longer than they originally told me. when I asked if I could just wait they asked if I wouldn't mind waiting at the cafe. thought that was weird. then when I asked if my dog was taken out to go to the bathroom since she had been there for over 4 hours they informed me that she had. which I know was a lie. I sat in the cafe for 2 hours after going back in and telling them that I would just be back for my dog in a few hours and asked if that would be ok. sitting in the cafe for at least 2 hours I never once saw a dog taken out to use the bathroom. I also know that they use a force with more difficult dogs or ones that may not be any ones favorite. I picked up my dog and asked if she had been taken out since I was in there last and the girl informed me that she was taken out which I know was a bold face lie. they did not know that I was sitting and watching and never saw one dog taken out in a 2 hour period. let alone she specifically t more

We took our three cats to Wags to Riches to be groomed, and they did a great job. One of our cats had gotten some dreadlock like clumps in his fur from spending too much time rolling around in the flowe beds, and they were able to get all of them out, many without even having to cut his fur. They did a great job, but they took MUCH longer than they told us it would. They kept having to tell us to come back in "just another half an hour" which ended up being another two and a half hours. I'm not sure if they were just exceptionally busy that day, but it didn't seem like it. more
