I had to make an unexpected trip out of town. I took my dog to Wag Hotel in SF for boarding. The price was outrageous. I spent more on his hotel than mine. But beyond that, when I...

What a great place 6/6/2013

We used to have a very sick German shepherd called Alton. He had a few medications that he needed everyday. Going away is very hard, especially abroad for a few weeks at a time. leaving him at the Wag Hotels was a great option, as they really cared for him and gave his medications on time everday. Watching him on the pet cam was really a great way to put our minds at rest. Now Alton has passed we have another dog called Angus, and the first choice of boarding and all day play is Wag Hotels. Thankyou Wag for making our dogs welcome and well looked after. more

Sopping wet and smelly!!!!!!!!! 12/28/2009

It's not like me to write a bad review, but this one has to written. I took my dog here because I was under the impression that Wags is a good establishment. They had such fancy advertising, so let's face it, I fell for all the glitz. When I picked-up my dog after a daycare session, I did notice that he was very beaten-up looking. His fur was completely out of place, and not just because he was playing, but as if he just came in from a storm. Sopping wet and smelly!!!!!!!!! more

I was so very disappointed 12/11/2009

I was so very disappointed when my dog came back from this place smelling so badly! His fur was completely tussled too, which meant that he must have been involved in some heavy rough-housing, which isn't like him. He usually goes to another daycare and dog parks, but he never comes back looking like he did. more
