FANTASTIC STORE & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! 9/15/2009

I have been researching a stroller for a long time. I was really interested in the Bugaboo- but concerned it would be a challenge for my husband and I to assemble. All reviews I read stated that if you mail order- it is difficult. The girls at Wonderland give you a detailed hands on explanation and they assemble it for you. They then give you a tutorial of how to use it- which was priceless for my husband & I. The entire process literally took under an hour. We have a wonderful stroller which I don't have to stress about if it was built properly. The store has a great line of other baby gear & adorable clothing. I have been shopping at Wonderland since my first child was born five years ago. Every experience there has been positive. I'm writing this review because just recently, I had an additional car seat installed in my husband's car. Wonderland was the only place I called for the car seat because I knew that they would have the one I wanted in stock. I bought it and had it installed the same day. It was easy. Five years after my first experience there, Wonderland continues to be the easiest place to shop. more

WOW - WHAT AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! 3/21/2008

What really distinguishes this store from the rest (besides their top of the line unique products), is the top level of customer service they provide, especially if you are looking to do a baby registry. You can make an appointment with them and they will spend as much time as you need to explain the various products and which ones will best suit your lifestyle. I was extremely happy with my baby registry experience and all the wonderful items I received from Wonderland. Thank you!! Pros: Personal service and great products and clothes! more

Best baby & children's store 11/20/2007

Our whole family loves Children's Wonderland. The merchandise is thoughtfully chosen. Unlike some stores where shopping for baby gear is overwhelming, Wonderland stocks the best and most functional items and makes shopping easy and fun. Their nursery furniture is beautiful. The clothes are stylish and the toys are sure to be hits with your kids. The help is amazing; they really know what babies and children need/want. You'll be glad you went to this store! The best of the best 11/11/2007

This store is incredible. The variety and quality of their merchandise is outstanding. I give their customer service an A+++. Go there once and you will never shop for children's stuff anywhere else. This year I had Wonderland prepare and send out gift baskets at least five times. I got a call from all recipients telling me that this was the most tasteful, thoughtful and practical gift that they received.....and all I had to do is give them a budget. Wonderland is the best. This is one the best kid's stores in LA. It has a great, kid-friendly atmosphere with something for children of all ages with a wide variety of styles. I have been there countless times for gifts which the mothers ALWAYS absolutely adore. The staff is always extrememly happy to help and answer any questions (no matter how dumb they are). more

The merchandise is of the highest quality, the sales staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and they have a wide selection of items.
