This is a cute, upscale floral boutique in the West Village.
The initials stand for Very Special Flowers, and the flowers are indeed special.
The store specializes in arrangements of European flowers and a lot of posh stores use them to decorate their shops including Polo.
You can't just wander in here because appointments are needed but it's worth it.
Even though this is a posh spot, the starting price is not too expensive - $65 for an arrangement. The vases they arrive in are special too.
