Great Store with a lot of fabric to choose from. The employees are very attentive and helpful to the customers need. Check out the bargains too and the remnants area, especially during the end of the season. I love that store. JUST GREAT!! more

Great Selection 5/27/2006

Vogue is a huge store. Its filled with all kinds of fabrics. This is a great place for people who love to sew clothes. The have a really big selection. The fabrics are real cheap too..they dont cost too much. The place is always filled, especially on the weekends. It can get pretyt crowded and the fabrics get thrown around everywhere. So you really have to dig through everything. The people who work here are helpful and quick at cutting the fabric you need. If you need lots of nice fabric, go here! more

Fabrics 5/14/2006

This is a really big fabric store in Evanston. I'm not much of a crafty person when it comes to sewing my own clothes, but if you are then this is a great place because they have all sorts of fabrics for any project. They also carry all the needles, threads, buttons, etc. for any project. What I do like to come here for is during halloween time, when i actually try to sew my own kids costumes. They have a great selection of fabrics here and I can always find what I need to make the perfect outfit. This is defintely the best location this store has. It is a really big one and one where you will be able to find any kind of fabric you need. more

Chicago's Best Fabric Store 3/23/2006

They have everything for the small designer to the avg. sewer. I can always find great prices and exactly what I need when I go there. I think they are wonderful, and I have to travel an hour to get to them. Parking is not a problem, there is a parking lot in the back of the store. I hate my JoAnn's fabric they don't have any selection anymore. I Love Vogue Fabrics. more

Great deals, great fabric 10/19/2005

You can find almost anything here, from delicate silks to upholstery fabrics, buttons, sewing machines and other sewing needs. The selection is huge, especially in the Evanston store, though they all are excellent. Watch out for salesfor excellent deals. more

Affordable fabrics 9/7/2005

There do not seem to be a lot of fabric stores in the city. Vogue Fabrics fills in the gap for this need. The prices are very good, the selection average. It's focus is definitely fabrics, unlike other fabric stores that offer many craft supplies. Parking available in back of the store. more

Fabric Store 8/4/2005

Any semester's dream. They have all the materials for anything you want to make. You can buy from the yard or the whole stack. They have silk, satin, wool, tarp, plastic, chiffon, cotton, and even organza materials. Beads for decorating, puff paint for projects, magazines that help you sew, and most of all a great staff who care about their customers. For all your sewing needs this place should be your 1st bet. more

This is the largest fabric store I have ever seen. They have all kinds of materials- silk, chiffon, cotton, pleather, lace, etc.....they also have small selection of embelishments. The prices are very reasonable. As with any place in the city, parking can be difficult to find. They also have a location in Evanston. more

Vogue Fabrics has pretty nice fabrics to get. They also sell handbags and other types of things. The store is pretty messy and even hard to walk through at times. One good thing is that, a couple of times a year they have a really big sale. The prices in the sale are unbelievable and they take out many of their best fabrics as well. more
