My wife and I saw the adverisement for two pair of no line bifocals for $149. Our bill with the add-ons came to $380. That was a lot more than advertised, but we really expected that. The problem came when my wife's glasses were unacceptable. We asked them to honor their money back guarantee on her glasses. The store manager siad that he could do that but that we would not like it. My glasses alone were going to cost roughly $300. So we then asked for a refund on both pair and were told that the part of the invoice that we paid on the debit card would be returned in a day or two, but the part paid with cash would take 10 days to 2 weeks. So now we have no new glasses and $120 tied up until we get a check. The store manager was extemely rude and basicly laughed in our face. The customer service person at the home office was of no help at all and the phone number that she gave for the territory manager was a disconnected number. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.
