I called and asked if they offered quick service. The lady on the phone told me they did and even offered same day service. My wife picked out a frame and we paid for the glasses. The frame she picked out was very nice but somewhat expensive. They were designer frames. After paying for the glasses we were told it would take 7-10 days before they would be ready. We had already waited for a long time and spent a while picking them out and not to mention already paying for them. I hoped they would be ready a little quicker but after almost two weeks received no call. I called and asked if the glasses were ready and the lady quickly and rudely said, ""7-10 working days not 7-10 days!"" I asked if they would be ready before the end of the week, and she said maybe if not by the following Monday for sure. I waited for Monday and still no call, no call on Tuesday either. I called Tuesday evening and asked if they were ready. The lady on the phone again said 7-10 working days. I explained to here that it had been longer that. She said something about a machine being down and said hopefully they would be ready before the end of the week. I asked her if she could check with the lab for some kind of date. The lady on the line was rude and acted like it was a bother for her to help me out. After waiting for several minutes on hold the lady told me the lab had broke the frame putting the lenses in and would have to reorder them. I asked if it would be possible to get a refund. The next day my wife went in to get her refund and the lady sighed and rolled her eyes at my wife while she waited for a refund. My wife also asked if she could get her prescription back and they refused to give it to her. We now have to wait another 48 hours to get a copy of a prescription from our eye doctor before we can look some where else for another pair. I make it a habit to be extremely polite with people and my wife is very shy and timid. I would have appreciated a phone call from them or at least to be treated politely. My wife and I were never even given an apology. Hope they don't treat everybody this way.
