I am a 56 year old woman who went in to have Johnny do his magic on my hair. He has been working on a plan for my baby sister's hair over the past 6 months. Her hair is looking great and I wanted a change. Now I don't live in Austin. I came from Houston just for the chance to see what he could do for me. I found something in one of the hairstyle books, and he pretty much did that style but for my face. I have a very round face and had hair down to my shoulders. I just love my new style and I have received lots of compliments. And the wonderful thing I found out, is that Johnny comes to Houston's Memorial City Mall location once or twice a month! I recently had my haircut done by Brenna, she is incredibly sweet, personable, she takes her time when giving haircuts and she makes sure your get the haircut the way you want it. I have been going to visible changes in Houston since I was a little girl. When I moved up to San Marcos I decided I wanted to stick with the company and found there was one at the Barton Creek mall. It is about a 35 minute drive but it is well worth it! Tyla, who is my colorist, does by far the best job on coloring my hair. She is very kind natured and is truly helpful in assisting me in making the right choices for my latest color! I once went to someone else when she was on vacation and I won't do that again. I have been going to this location in the mall for about a year now and have decided that I will not go anywhere else. Brenna is the stylist that I work with and I must say that she is a rockstar. She is professional, friendly, and very cute and delivers the goods each and every time. i walked in for my appointment and was greeted with rude service, i waited 30 minutes, and FINALLY someone took me back to wash my hair, i kept saying i had come for highlights, and she was just in a blank stare, not paying attention. she took me and didnt even glance at the colorist station and just gave me a haircut, i didnt want a haircut AT ALL and it was uneven and and hideous. i went up to the front desk and asked for my money back and she refused, i said i wanted a highlight session and got 1 but had to wait for an HOUR. finally she took me back and couldnt stop talking about how she was going clubbing that night and fried my hair!!!!!!!!!!!! they over priced me and when i asked for my money back they said no, i paid for both the haircut and the y highlight, both were a disaster Pros: conveiniant location Cons: refused to give me my money back, and gave an uneven cut more

I have been seeing Tyla for the past four years now. I first saw her at the Highland Mall Location and when she moved, I moved with her. I knew I could find another talented stylist to cut my hair at her new Barton Creek location, but I would not trust my color to anyone else. The first meeting with Tyla was awesome! I walked in with a picture of what I wanted my color to look like. Tyla was very receptive and honest about what she thought would be best for me. My hair was even better than the picture because Tyla took the time to ensure the color was good for my complextion and hair type. I am a guy with a close cut hair style that seems like it would be easy to cut but do to a number of hack jobs that have been done on my hair I have decided that it is tougher than it looks. At many discount type salons the stylists hardly seem able of comprehending what I want. Every time I try another salon Im stuck in a baseball cap for two weeks. In particular I always schedule Brenna; I know that she will always cut my hair the way I like and I wont leave disappionted. I used to always get my haircut at cheap places like supercuts cause i didn't need much more than a trim from time to time, but after getting uneven layers and really lame side bangs, i tried going to a nice salon like Toni & Guy, but they couldn't cut my bangs straight and they charged me like $80 for a simple haircut. Finally, it came time for prom, so i thought i'd try visible changes for once. I went for the simplest artist, not the master or super master or whatever... and I got Brenna- the BEST hairdresser ever. She's so fun and easy to talk to and so cute! I just love her. Now i go in all the time for random trims and cuts and let her re-do my bangs just cause i love how she styles it every time. She's definitely my absolute favorite. I never go to anyone else. She did an amazing job at styling my hair for prom AND she gave me a cute manageable haircut for the summer. If you ever want any expertise when it comes to hair, i would recommend Brenna 100%... don't even bother with the fancy expensive hair salons.
