I've been going to Rachel for the past 2 or 3 years and I don't regret a single time I've been there. I really have to credit Rachel a lot because I wouldn't be able to answer to ""the fauxhawk"" if it wasn't for Rachel. Rachel is #1, hands down. more

My hair is long and after having a perm 8 months ago, it was extremely dry and drab. I am always cautious about getting my hair cut because my experience has been that not very many people know how to cut long hair. Melissa was very professional and spent a good deal of time talking to me about the best cut to revive my perm and the products and regime I needed to follow to restore the shine to my hair. She showed me at each step how much she was going to cut (a very important thing to someone who has long hair!) and did such a wonderful job that I was absolutely amazed. Two days later when I did my own hair at home, it looked every bit as good as when she was done with it - which is a testament to how good a job she did! I have NEVER been able to recreate the look at home that I had at the shop until now. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair, and you can't even tell that it was cut. It is wonderfully full and has more shine that it has had in years! Great job! Thank you for taking the time to do the job right! Melissa, I'll be back!!! My daughter and I both get our cuts from Genette Lorenz. She is awesome. I have very very curly hair and have had many cuts that I would call ""chop jobs"" where stylists tell you that they know how to cut curly hair and apparently they don't because it ends up with a horrible cut. You can' cut curly hair the same as straight hari. I am very leary of changing stylists due to these experiences. After some horrible cuts, I was given Genette's name by someone I work with and am very happy. She wants you to live there happy with your cut.We live in Livingston and it's quite a drive, but well worth it! As for my daughter, she thinks Genette is ""the best""! JOANN has been my hairdresser for years now and I have been EXTREMELY happy with the services she provides and with the salon overall! MARIA A. does a remarkable job as a chemical specialist. She's done my color for years as well. I have NEVER left there disappointed or unsatisfied. Those two ladies are the BEST and I highly recommend them. I have been a client of Visible Changes at Deerbrook Mall, Humble, TX since it opened. I am very paranoid when it comes to getting my hair cut, due to many bad haircuts as a child. When my original hair stylist transferred to another VC, I had to ask who was good at cutting curly hair and I was given Jeannette's name. I was skeptical of course, but I tell you this woman can do wonders! Over the years, she has not only eased (most) of my hair cutting fears, but has taught me new ways to style my hair and introduced me to new hair products that I would have never tried on my own. Jeannette is professional, beautiful, patient & caring. I was recently a bridesmaid in a wedding and had Jeannette style my hair in an Updo for the first time. I knew she cut & styled my hair beautifully on a normal basis, but on that day I received so many compliments on my hair & looks that it made me look and feel like a princess in a story-book wedding! Rachel has cut my hair for probably seven or eight years, and I would not consider going anywhere else! Even when we moved to the other side of town, I would drive clear across Houston so she could cut my hair. I have thick, coarse hair and it is very difficult to cut and work with. She is absolutely the only one I will allow to cut my hair. When it comes to haircuts, if you pay $19 for a haircut, you're going to look like you have a $19 haircut. Rachel makes you look stunning! Jeanette has been cutting my hair for several years. I always enjoy my visit and sometimes I'm lucky enough to get a shampoo from her. One of the top stylists there. I cheated on her once and went to a cheaper haircut place but there was no comparison between the service with Jeanette and Visible Changes and anywhere else. They've got their act together!
