great place for a fabulous hair style 6/20/2009

I needed a hair cut badly, so I called my favorite hair cut place (visible changes). In deerbrook there was no openings until after 3. In willowbrook, there was not a single opening until tomorrow and I had a party to go to at 4. So I called the northwest location around 12:30 and asked to see if they could take me around 1 and they said "YES!". I was thrilled for the service and the friendliness. BLANCA and Cindy or Irene the Team for a Hair Makeover! 6/8/2009

Blanca (hair stylist) has cut my hair for 17 years. I have never had a bad haircut from this young lady. My hair is very coarse and hard to manage. However, Blanca always knows the right hairstyle for my type of hair. Blanca can makeover damaged hair with one haircut!! Bad haircut? Blanca can correct it with one haircut! She is quite the miracle worker! See Cindia or Irene for your hair color. Both of these ladies do amazing work. GRANT is the MAN! 6/7/2009

I went in with a friz mop tied back trying to hide my hair. GRANT did a miricle on my long hair. The compliments started even before I left the salon. He made my hair silky smooth and shiny. When I got home my neighbor was outside (she could only see the back of me) asking if it was me. She said I look so much younger she didn't recognize me. (I am 47) Grant's styling lasted ALL week. My co-workers were asking if there was a new employee. I had a wonderful week because of Grant,s syling technigues and recomendation of hair products. Ladies if you want to walk out looking years younger GRANT is the man to ask for. He will be my hair sylist from now on. A spur of the moment at the mall to get a trim changed my entire week. I am glad GRANT was the one that could take me without too much of a wait. I didn't know who to ask for but I do now. Thanks GRANT!! You made me feel young again. Pros: Great stylist more

NO MORE FRIZZ 5/22/2009

I was advised by my stylist to get a Keratin Treatment it was a bit pricey but she explained all the benefits and it was what I really needed, it's been about 3 weeks since I had it done and I am thrilled at the results! It used to take me an hour to blowdry and straighten my frizzy hair now I am ready to go in 10 minutes and it lasts several days even in the humidity it stays smooth and silky, I finally found something that really works! I have been coming to Esther approximately three or more years. She is the hairdresser that can fix my hair the way I want it. I have had ohers do my hair when Esther is not available and only one other one was satisfactory. So if Esther is not available,I just wait till another day when she is. The best place to visibly change! 5/21/2009

Hope is my hairdresser. She does an incredible job! Always goes the extra mile. She recently put a "keratin complex" in my hair and it was the best thing she ever did! My hair used to be frizzy and curly and now it's much calmer and healthy looking! If your looking to "visibly change" this is the way to go!!!! Ask for Hope. You won't be disappointed! I've been going to IRENE at Visible Changes NW since 1998 for highlights. I would follow her to any salon if necessary she is awesome! BRANDON use to cut my hair and it was always an amazing haircut it took me a long time before I let anyone cut my hair when he left but, along came LUPE and she has been wonderful and I wouldn't trade her for the nothing. Such A Great Place 5/12/2009

My haircut was super I never like to get my hair cut more then 1/2 for fear that the stylist will mess it up but Ronnie my art director on Friday 8th 2009, made me feel and look great. online booking system is pretty good and if your busy like me this is most helpful. But trying to drop in on the day that I need a haircut is not recommended if your looking for someone in particulat. Ronnie's the best 5/10/2009

I've been going to Ronnie since the mid-1990's. I have had every haircut in the universe and she's been able to do them all. She listens to your ideas and then incorporates what's good for your particular hair and lifestyle. She's very professional and just a down to earth, nice person. I highly recommend her. Blanca - best in town 5/6/2009

I've been going to Blanca for almost 20 years now. My job moved me away 3 different times for a couple of years at a time. I would always schedule an appointment when I was in town because I knew she would fix the "damage" done by other stylists. I trust Blanca completely. I understand the unfortunate situation with the wedding day person happened some two years ago. It's time for the person to "let it go" and move on in her life... I hear a different version and trust Blanca (and the company) did what they could to rectify the situation so don't judge the salon or Blanca on that posting. My best advice - is go see Blanca and let the cut/style and her great interaction with you be your guide. Pros: Best haircut in town more

Again and Again 5/6/2009

I first visited Visible Changes at Greenspoint as a teenager. 27 years latter they remain my salon of choice. All of the staff has been professional with a personal touch that welcomes you. I have visited 4 of the Houston salons and my favorite is the Northwest Mall with Blanca being my stylist for the past 12 years. I not only recommend, but also encourage family and friends to try Visible Changes. I am convinced that after the first visit you will return. Again and again. r.w.g.
