I have NEVER written a review before for a doctor's office. I was so appalled by the unprofessional and rude attitude of the staff, I felt I had to write one. I was on hold for 25 minutes before I could actually talk to a secretary, who was very nice when she did come on the phone. She squeezed me in within 2 days when I explained how much pain I was in. There was an emergency that came up the day of my scheduled appointment, which I understand. All of the doctors are in training so I was already driving over an hour to the only location that had an appointment. I asked to get in within the same day or even week in ANY of there locations and was told they were booking appointments 2 weeks out. When I explained the amount of pain I was in and how I would most likely be in the emergency room within 2 weeks, I was told I had 2 choices. "Go to the Emergency Room or talk to one of our nurses." To which I promptly replied I would be finding a new doctor. UNBELIEVABLE! more

I also don't write many reviews, but in this case I had to. My husband had a minor surgery on August, 2011. The doctors didn't prescribe any antibiotic, only advised him to take over the counter pain killers. The next day I called the clinic, because his leg looked really bad, and they said : unless is a pain he can't support, it was normal. Less then 2 weeks later his incision was draining a pinkish liquid, I called, spoke to the nurse and she said it was normal, next day he saw a doctor in the same clinic who said his leg was infected and prescribed Amoxicillin 125mg 2x/day for 1 week. The medicine was over, and everything looked the same, I called for more antibiotics, the nurse said he wouldn't need, and he would be ok, his next appointment was for one more week. When he saw his doctor, he didn't say much, but still prescribed again the same medication. Conclusion, my husband left to Chile (south America) on the 2nd week of September, he went to see a doctor to check on his leg, and the doctor was shocked, to say the least, with the conditions of his leg. He said the infection was so bad that was soon going into his bone. I DO NOT recommend this clinic. Yes, the staff are friendly, but NO, I don't think they know what they are doing, unless they were planning to amputate my husband's leg. more

I recently had surgery through this office and from the receptionist, nursing staff, doctors, and billing, everyone was very pleasant to talk with. Everyone treated me with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this place for your surgery needs. more

I've had 2 surgeries with 2 different doctors and I was pleased with both. I was well cared for, healed well and I felt like they took good care of me. They explained everything before hand and everything went as planned. If I need surgery again, I would definitely go back. more

I was having circulation problems in my legs and went to this practice to see what I could have done. The Doctors here are wonderful. They fully explain in great detail what was going on with my legs and what can be done to alleviate the pain I was having. I finally had a procedure done and the outcome was excellent. The doctors watched over me and I went in for a number of check-ups. I saw these doctors a number of other times for little things here and there and actually wish I could of made them my primary doctors. They were excellent and explained things in great detail. I highly recommend this practice more
