Incredible selections! 10/9/2005

I wandered in to this wine shop without expecting much at all. Was I ever wrong! Where did these guys find out about these wines much less get them to sale??!! Several trips to Napa have exposed to me to many exclusive wines, and these guys seem to have them all. I don't mean ""Silver Joke"" and the like, but real icons and hard to fine gems. Even more than that, they guy I talked to seemed to know everything about the four wines I asked for and made me feel like I was in his home, not his shop. Vino 100 is FUN! 9/4/2005

This is a trendy little wine bar in my neck of the woods where I can relax with friends after a long day at work. A glass or two of wine, some great chit chat with the staff and lots of free sips make me want to return every week. Just the free wine tasting from 5-7 is a hook for my friends, but the classy selection of wine and the intellectual wine discussions with return customers is the reason I love this place. Vino 100 is an excellent alternative to Houston's smoke-filled sports bar, with an excellent selection of great value and premium wines. It is staffed by highly knowledgeable yet down home friendly wine enthusiasts.
