Villages of Red Oak

This place is a DUMP. For starters, This complex is at the dead end of Red Oak Drive. There is ALOT and I mean ALOT of foot traffic from the ghettoness that lives here up and down Red Oak to 1960 and they NEVER move from out of the road and when you almost hit them they act offended and think they did no wrong. The kids, Good LORD the kids, It's like every mother in this place has 3 kids and NONE of them watch their kids. The kids play everything from football to baseball to throwing rocks at cars. These kids range from 3 years old to 16. They walk in the middle of the parking lot while you're trying to drive past. They'll turn to look at you then proceed to walk slower. Management has been very friendly but has a ""What do you want me to do about it"" attitude. The kids in the complex party in the laundry rooms and bust out all the windows. There are often gun shots in the complex everything from pistol fire to shotgun fire. The gates are ALWAYS broken and just anybody comes in. There have been 10-20 cars broken into. The office has hired a security guard but he's only here from like 4pm-7pm then leaves. This week alone there have been over 20 HCSO cruisers in the complex that I've counted and 3 ambulances. It's 12:55am on a Saturday morning and there are currently 5 guys loitering in the parking lot that don't belong here. The roaches are UN-GODLY. This is a HORRIBLE place and we'll never rent in an apartment complex again after this. Only houses for us. more

There are two phases...maybe the 2nd phase is better. But the first phase is down right filty...ants everywhere and don't listen if they tell you they are going to spray....I have not seen any yard clean up and the cable man told the maintenance that one of the units was about to go out....maintenance asked him to come show him which one......cable person say go around there and listen you should be able to hear it.....they are nasty..don't come here Cons: just plan filty more
