Village Maternity

...just so I can shop here. Not really! But it is always a wonderful experience. I've learned that you get what you pay for, and this is especially true at Village Maternity. Their items might be a little pricier, but they are also more fashion forward, and of higher quality. The sales staff is always incredibly helpful and I was able to find a majority of things that I could continue to wear after my pregnancy. Favorite picks: jeans by Paige & Habitual, Michael Stars tanks & really special pieces by Australian line "Ripe." And don't even get me started on their kids selection. It's hard to get out of their without at least one little treat.... more

I have shopped all the stores in the Seattle area and Village Maternity is by far my favorite store. It is like a mini-department store for pregnant and nursing women...with the best infant and toddler clothes. True, the prices are Nordstrom-like, but they have a great selection of beautiful clothing and the salespeople are the best. They educate, are friendly and never push sales. I received the most compliments whenever I wore something from Village Maternity, and I love to dress my baby and toddler in Tea Collection clothing, a line Village Maternity carries a lot of. The nursing bra collection is the largest around. So, shop a little at Target, and shop for the best stuff at Village Maternity. In case you can't tell, I just love this store. more

Village Maternity has some cute brands of Maternity clothes such as Japanese Weekend, along with the utilitarian black stretch maternity kits. They also carry precious Catamini and similarly expensive baby brands. With very few maternity stores in town besides a trip to a mall, they do have some choices to get you started. Stick to the sale rack for affordable options. more

You may not be able to afford to outfit yourself here through your entire pregnancy, but it is a great place for a splurge on that perfect maternity outfit. They also have adorable kids’ clothes and great gifts. The staff is helpful and will help you pick the right nursing bra for you.. more

This shop has very cute items, both maternity and newborn stuff. Some very cute gift ideas but the clothing selection isn't very diverse and the prices are high, so it's fine if you're looking for unique boutique, mainly causal clothing. But if you need functional, work clothing or outfits you want to wear more than once you probably want to shop elsewhere. With that said, it's fun to browse through the aisles, especially if you're preggo :) more
