I moved out of Bayonne a while back, but still make it a point to stop in to Villa Turano when I'm able to. All the pasta dishes are quite good. Particularly good is the eggplant parmigiana with spaghetti (the maranara sauce can be a little watery sometimes) . The rigatoni with vodka sauce is always first rate; much better than vodka sauce at many other (frequently more expensive) restaurants. The dining room is simple and somewhat small and there is no liquor license. They make very good pizza, though when in Bayonne and looking for incredible thin crust pizza, I would choose Naples Pizzaria.
I have never been disappointed with the food or service at Villa Turano and would recommend it without any reservations.
